November 2019, it is at 35 avenue de l’Opéra in Paris that the chef Cedric Grolet opens his own bakery pastry shop, like no other.

In this warm and modern atmosphere, the pastries are queen and the pastry chefs are king!To keep the rhythm, Cedric Grolet knows how to surround himself with his best conductor, Yohann Caron faithful to his side for now 8 years.

The day is set like music paper and cut in sequence!

No more pain au chocolat sleeping on the corner of the window all day! Here we fight against waste and overconsumption. All our creations are produced on site, the quantities are limited and defined by our production capacity. It's a fact: quality goes with quantity measurement, and for us it is essential to be able to offer you the freshness of a baked pastry or an eternally inimitable minute pastry...

All in the respect of seasonality and raw product thanks to our trusted suppliers who did not hesitate to follow us in this new adventure!

8:30AM

From Tuesday to Saturday, the shop opens its doors at 8:30 am with the first batch of viennoiseries. To take away but also on site; the shop has no less than 40 seats upstairs to welcome you for a full breakfast. À la carte: viennoiseries, avocado toast, healthy bowl, Alain Ducasse coffee... A perfect combination to start a beautiful day!

12PM

At noon, the baguettes come out of the oven. Change of mood to enjoy a good home-made sandwich: vegetarian or recipe of the day! Be tempted by our version of the classic ham with butter in an old-fashioned baguette or chicken with mustard and corn in a corn baguette… and to finish on a sweet note with a selection of 5 pastries changing over the seasons!

On site, you can take the time to taste your sandwich before returning to your obligations or decide to stay longer and let yourself be tempted by some freshly baked pastries. Upstairs, it is a bit like home, the 5 creations of the card are served at the share.

4PM

At 4pm, it is the fragrance of warm bread that fills the space: our hostesses offer you our good baguettes or our generous loaves based on flour of our millers of Auvergne. Let enjoy the rays of sunshine that slip through the windows all enjoying a hot or cool drink according to the season, because all happiness has an end and here doors are closing at 6pm, until tomorrow!
