What is Click & Collect?
Click and collect allows you to make your purchases online from your home and to come and collect your products in the shop on the desired date! It's quick and easy!

How do I place an order?
1. CHOICE OF SHOP
Choose the shop you want to order from, then go to the Click & Collect page for the store you want to order from.
2. CHOICE OF DAY
Choose your order pickup day.
3. CHOICE OF TIME SLOT
The time slot for your order collection.
4. CHOICE OF PASTERIES
Add the pastries by selecting the quantity and clicking on the “Add to cart” button from the product sheet. A pop-up window at the top right of the page will be triggered each time a new product is added.
5. VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION OF THE BASKET
Click on the basket icon at the top right of the page then on “View my basket”, make sure you have all the products you want. Also check the day and time of withdrawal.
Then click on “pay your order”
6. CONNEXIONS
From the “Information and payment” page, two choices are available to you:
Create your account.
Log in
Please note that for any first order in our establishments, the creation of a customer account is necessary.
It is imperative to fill in all fields with your personal information.

7. PAIEMENT
Once you log in to your account, you are automatically redirected to payment.
Please enter your Bank Card number, month, and year of expiration as well as the verification code located on the back of your bank card. Before confirming your payment, make sure you accept our general conditions of sale.
8. SECURE PAYMENT STRIPE
Payments made on our website are processed by the secure online payment platform Stripe.

Where and when do I pick up my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the date, the address of the shop and the time. Please note that it is not possible to collect products from the Cedric Grolet Opera boutique at the Le Meurice boutique and vice versa.

Can I place an order without creating an account?
The execution of the sales contract with our establishments is carried out via the creation of an account. Indeed, the contact details collected when creating an account allow the sale of products and the transmission of data to third parties.

From what time can I collect my order?
Orders can be collected from 10am to 5pm from Wednesday to Sunday at the Cédric Grolet Opéra boutique and from noon from Tuesday to Sunday at the Le Meurice boutique. Please note that some pastries require a last minute finishing touch (e.g. minute poached Saint Honoré), so you may have to wait a few minutes before you can collect your order.

Where can I find out about allergens in Cedric Grolet products?
Our allergens are available in each of our produced sheets. If, however, any questions remain, do not hesitate to contact us at the following email address: contact@cedricgrolet.com

I would like to order for tomorrow but I am given a minimum delivery time of 48 or 72 hours.
Some of our creations, especially the large pieces, require more preparation time and a longer lead time. For any order placed after 3pm, the minimum delay is 72 hours. Thank you for your understanding.

Is it possible to order a pastry from the Opéra boutique and pick it up at Le Meurice (or vice versa)?
The production of our pastries is done on site at both locations. Each production is therefore linked to its own sales outlet and it is therefore impossible for us to transfer products from one sales outlet to another. Thus the products available on the Le Meurice interface are only available for collection at 6 rue de Castiglione and the products available on the Cédric Grolet interface are only available for collection at 35 avenue de l'Opéra.

Why can't I buy fruit at the Cédric Grolet Opera boutique?
Fruit is the signature product of the Le Meurice boutique and is only produced in the laboratory of the Le Meurice hotel. They are therefore only available for collection at the boutique at 6 rue de Castiglione.

Can I order products from both boutiques at the same time?
It is possible to order products from both boutiques, but they will be separated into two baskets and two orders since you will have to collect the Le Meurice products from the boutique at 6 rue de Castiglione and the Cédric Grolet Opéra products from the boutique at 35 avenue de l'Opéra. Depending on the products, the production time may be different and the day of collection may also vary. We advise you to read the information below each product.

Do I have to wait to collect my order?
Bonjour,
We have received your request and we thank you.
Two queues are available and mandatory, a priority one specially dedicated to click & collect orders and another for takeaway sales.
Please note, the waiting time may be longer for holidays or exceptional occasions.

Is it possible to order products for two different dates?
No, you will have to place two separate orders for the dates concerned. Two confirmation emails will be sent to you to validate your two orders.

Why can't I order for a distant date?
It is not possible to order more than one month in advance simply because we change the cards regularly, according to the seasons and the products available from our suppliers. So a creation can be on the menu in March and be replaced by a new one in April!

Why can't I buy fruit at the Cedric Grolet Opera boutique and flowers at the Cedric Grolet le Meurice boutique?
Fruits are the flagship products of the Meurice boutique and their production is carried out only within Meurice. These are therefore only available for collection at the store 6 rue Castiglione 75001 Paris.
The same goes for the Flowers, which are produced only in the Cedric Grolet Opera boutique whose Click & Collect collection takes place at 6 rue Danièle Casanova, 75002 Paris.

Can I order fruit off the menu?
The fruit listed on the website are the only products available for sale and correspond to the seasonality. We refuse to produce hazelnuts in May for example.

I'd like to collect my pastry order before the boutique opens. Is this possible?
In each of our stores, production is done on site, each creation is therefore linked to its point of sale, and it is therefore impossible for us to transfer products from one point of sale to another. Therefore, the products available in the Le Meurice boutique at 6 rue de Castiglione, 75001 Paris are only available there.

Where can I get the books?
The French version of the books is available for purchase online for collection in the shop. The English version is also available at the Le Meurice boutique. The FNAC special edition is only available in FNAC shops.

Is it possible to have it signed?
If the chef is present on the day of your visit, he will be happy to sign it for you, but we cannot guarantee that he will be there.

Puis-je modifier la date de retrait en boutique ?
Vous avez la possibilité de modifier votre date de retrait de votre commande en boutique via votre espace personnel.

3. Cliquez sur la date qui s'affiche afin de pouvoir accéder au calendrier et de modifier la date (si besoin également le créneau horaire).
4. Confirmez la nouvelle date sélectionnée.
5. Vous recevrez une confirmation de modification de date de commande

À noter que vous avez jusqu'à 72h pour modifier la date de retrait de votre commande.

Comment annuler ma commande ?
Aucune commande ne peut être annulée ou modifiée dans les 4 jours ouvrés précédant la date de retrait de votre commande.
Vous avez donc la possibilité d'annuler votre commande jusqu'à 4 jours avant la date de retrait prévue de votre commande. (via votre compte client).

The packaging is designed and made to measure so that the desserts cannot break.
