Almond Flower Galette
Cedric Grolet unveils his Galette des Rois 2026, a creation inspired by the French tradition celebrated each January.
Hidden inside is a small figurine, known as a "fève". Whoever discovers it in their slice is symbolically crowned king or queen for the day and wears a crown, extending the spirit of celebration.
Flaky puff pastry, almond cream with bitter almond.
Please note: a small figurine representing the "Fève des Rois" is hidden inside.
