Just steps from Place du Casino, our boutique and tea room become the stage for our pastries, crafted daily with passion and precision by our pâtissiers.

In a space that blends timeless elegance with modern simplicity, the day unfolds to the rhythm of our creations. Each piece is entirely handmade on-site, in limited quantities, in line with our artisanal values — ensuring absolute freshness, from a still-warm croissant to a fruit with a melting center, or piping as precise as an artist’s brushstroke. Our boutique and tea room invite you to slow down and savour the moment. Every texture, every flavor, every detail is carefully considered to offer a unique sensory experience, true to the spirit of Cédric Grolet: demanding, poetic, and unapologetically indulgent.

Cedric Grolet

After making his mark on the pastry world at the prestigious Le Meurice palace, where he has served as Head Pastry Chef since 2012 with his iconic sculpted fruit creations, Cedric Grolet opened his first boutique within the hotel in 2018. In 2019, he unveiled a new address: Cedric Grolet Opéra. For the first time, he brought together viennoiseries and pastries, giving birth to his second creative universe: Fleurs.

Today, Cedric Grolet leads a team of over 400 collaborators, sharing the art of French pastry across the globe — from Saint-Tropez to London, and all the way to Singapore.
